Sam Braunstein is an attorney in Fairfield, CT.  He was formely a licensed CPA.  He was a Tax Attorney with the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel.  He was a partner in a CPA firm, a partner in a law firm, and now has his own firm, Braunstein and Todisco, PC.  He is a frequent author and lecturer on “tax issues.” 

Have IRS problems (hopefully only for your clients)?  Sam is the guy to show you what to do.  From CP-2000’s to audits to criminal audits, he will guide you the practioner what to do.  He will discuss how to avoid IRS in the first place and even delve into employee versus subcontractor.  This is a 100 minute program.
