									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have shut down all efiling as of today because Drake&#8217;s CT tax calculation is not correct.  My son received a letter today from CT DRS that they made an adjustment to his refund down from the original efiling.  His return was filed on 1/27 &amp; this problem was reported to DRAKE yesterday.  I am told they are &#8220;working on it&#8221;. Still waiting to hear back on my question if they should be paying self employment taxes on it?? I sent an email to John Biello at CT DRS, no response!
