									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Proseries has two NY choices: taxable to NY and tax-exempt to NY.<br />
If I choose taxable to NY then it becomes the add back on IT-203.  If I choose tax-exempt to NY then I get the same error message, saying I can&#8217;t e-file.<br />
However, if I choose not to enter the 414h data from the spouse&#8217;s non-NY wage W-2, then I&#8217;m all set.<br />

Taxpayer a NY teacher<br />
Spouse a CT employee making 414H contributions (W-2, Box 14)<br />
I&#8217;m getting an error message via Proseries that I cannot e-file their NY return. Anyone else have this problem?<br />
What am I missing?<br />
