<p>If you have NY POA on file, you can make the request and have it mailed to you.</p>
<p>Alternately, you can file with no withholding on the return and hope NY adjusts.</p>

<p>If a lawyer can retroactively amend to remove the husband from the LLC, great, but I&#8217;m not sure that&#8217;s possible &#8211; in which case I&#8217;d file a 1065 for 2021.</p>
