They do not pay time and a half, they pay about 10% over base pay for weeknights and about 12% over her base pay for a weekend overnight.<br />

<p>It loads about as fast as ever. It&#8217;s still a bit slow to accept posts, but it gets there. And, activity is picking up again.</p>
