									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Taxpayer is 76 years old and is self-employed (still working) with no employees.  She has a SEP (100% owner) and has been taking the required RMD’s since age 70 ½.  She was told by her broker that she didn’t have to take an RMD for ’22 since she was still working, so she didn’t take the RMD.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>TP is a 50% general partner in a fitness center operation and has a K-1 with a 20k ordinary loss.  Basis calculation PDF has been prepared for 1040.  TP’s Net outside basis is negative for which max is zero.  TP has substantial other income on her return.  I did Form 461 and it indicates no excess losses.<br />
