The income might need to be included if itemized deductions were claimed in the prior year  (2024) OR in 2023 BECAUSE the check was based on the filing of a 2023 IT-201???????</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Has anyone dealt with a 1065 K-1 showing a Credit in Box 15 Code P? The backup info states it is credit for ERC. As such, I know an 8582-CR and 3800 need to be prepared but my software will not let me e-file the federal return. Software is ProSeries and Inuit was no help when I asked why.
