The application period opens June 1 and will close July 31, 2022.  The income guidelines have been published.  Has anyone seen any additional information? I haven&#8217;t called Support yet, but it sounds like I should wait until they figure it out.  If I find out anything, I will let you know.</p>

Specifically, Connecticut. If not qualified by the state, that would apparently mean that CT would recapture previous tax benefits, as well tax the earnings portion.  Does anyone have any thoughts or information?</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes, Tom &#8212; except that the award letter specifically stated that the GROSS amount must be repaid.  I suspect that the intent may be to penalize the employee who leaves.  It seems like a catch-22 to me:  If you accept the award and resign, you will lose money.  If you don&#8217;t accept the award, you are signaling to the employer your intention to leave.</p>
