									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Two different issues Tom.  This Cash case dates back to 2015.  The presidential executive order was Jan 2017.  Two different ways to apply for refund.  The 2016, 2017 &amp; 2018 shared responsibility payment can be applied for through the presidential executive order.  The 2015 penalty is probably too late now anyway because of the statue of limitations.</p>
