I think this has to do with suspending his liability based on the Cares Act.  I have not made myself familiar with these new law yet.  If anyone knows more, please let me know.</p>

I know that I am supposed to prepare a 1099-Int for him, and I&#8217;m trying to determine the rates.  Do I give him a different rate every month based on the amount he loaned or do I get him a yearly rate?</p>
