The 1099B shows sale price, number of shares and cost at exercise price. Form 3922 shows FMV on grant dates, FMV on exercise date, and exercise price paid.<br />
This is different, I am used to the V on the W-2 situation. Thanks for any help.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You are correct, IRA, SEP IRA and Simple IRA&#8217;s must withdraw from their retirement accounts, regardless of still working.<br />
The broker may have it confused with the 401(k), 403(b) etc. with continuing to work. However, if they are a 5% owner they still must withdraw. Go to IRS.gov, type RMD in the search box to print information for the broker.</p>

Line 8a &#8211; Says multiply line 3 by the percentage on line 7. That divided by 12 is line 8b.<br />
Where some of these numbers on the bottom section come from are a mystery.</p>
