If you use the TTB Web Library, you should utilize AI &#8220;Ask TaxBert&#8221;<br />
I believe this is new for 2024. It is in top left hand corner of Home page.</p>
<p>You can type in a question to &#8220;Ask TaxBert&#8221; and it will search the entire federal book.<br />
I have used a couple of time already and very heplful.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The 2021 K-1 reflected on line 20 Code P, an amount of over $50K.<br />
When entered in Drake, the amount flowed to Schedule 2, line 15 as Additional Taxes under Section 453A (c).<br />
It then flowed to page 2 of the 1040 line 23 along with for 8959 and 8960 taxes.</p>

Fortuntely, we have cleared on the Entity deadlines today and I have two addtional returns to efile the extensions later today.</p>

<p>A sole member S corp shareholder sold his entire interest of 200 shares on 1/1/18 to another shareholder to now owns 100% of the S Corp.<br />
Does the Entity need to report the sale of stock on form 1099-CAP?<br />
