For the employers that qualified for the retention credit does anyone know if that will affect the W-2 for the  employee. I would think the W-2 should be based on Their gross, Fed WH, SS and Med. Both organizations are sufficiently large and complex that they require someone who really knows these types of entities. Not postcard filers but real 990 not 990EZ. Both entities are in Fairfield county.<br />

p.13 of Pub 970 says Student withdraws from classes. can claim credit if not refunded when a student withdraws. That would imply could be taken.Anyone have anything more definitive? </p>
