They do not pay time and a half, they pay about 10% over base pay for weeknights and about 12% over her base pay for a weekend overnight.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I no longer have any research material or software so TY.  I have a friend who inherited an IRA from her mother.  Mom was late 80s and had been taking RMDs before death.  When I retired we were under the 5 year rule.</p>
<p>Now it seems she can take it out over her life expectancy from Table 1 or she can use the newer 10 year rule.
